Low-volume Production & Small-batch Manufacturing
Request small-batch custom manufacturing with a clear material, quantity and inspection plan. Review CNC, additive and tooling options.
Plan the batch around your design maturity
A pilot build may reveal changes before a larger order. Identify which features are frozen and which remain open. Include current batch quantity and expected repeat demand so process choices can be compared.
Compare tooling and per-part work
A process with dedicated tooling may require more preparation but change the recurring cost structure. CNC and additive routes can avoid some tooling commitments. The useful comparison is the quoted total for your actual design and quantities.
Define acceptance before production
State critical dimensions, cosmetic surfaces, material documentation and required inspection records. Agree on any sample approval step and the handling of drawing revisions before confirming an order.
